Yes - Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside. However, smoking is NOT allowed inside condos, club room, or hot tub areas.

No. Marijuana is prohibited on this private property. Medical marijuana cards do not change this rule.

June 15th (annually) is opening day to book for dates November 16 - March 31.

February 1st (annually) is opening day to book for dates April 1 - November 15.

Auslander Condos is the closest lodging to the Red River Ski Area. We are a parking lot away from the main ski area and a block from the platinum chair lift.

If you should cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival date, 80% of your deposit will be refunded. If you should cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will lose 100% of your deposit. Final payment on your stay is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We have an onsite (coin operated) laundry facility for Auslander guests only. Washer runs between $2.25-$2.75 per load depending on selected options and the dryer ranges from $2.25-$2.75 also depending on options selected.
